Shipping & Returns

Order Processing and Shipping:

Sports Medic Zone triggers its preparation and shipping process within one (1) business day upon receipt of order. Upon confirmation and/or receipt of payment, items are scheduled for turn over to one of our partner couriers for the following business day.

Estimated date of delivery is solely dependent on courier operations, but below is a typical timetable from day of order/payment confirmation:

*METRO MANILA – 2 to 3 business days

*LUZON – 5 to 10 business days

*VISAYAS & MINDANAO – 10 to 14 business days

If your estimated arrival date is on a Sunday, then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival date assumes that your order is approved the same day the order was placed.

Should your order be delayed for reasons that include payment verification (bank deposit/transfer transactions) or area scoping (COD transactions), your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed by one (1) day to verify payment, then your arrival date will also change by one (1) day.

Sports Medic Zone promises to exhaust all means to have your package in the hands of our partner courier one (1) business day upon clearing of payment, but cannot be held liable for any circumstance the courier might encounter during the scheduled pick up date and while in-transit, which may lead to any delays in delivery.

The customer understands and agrees that Sports Medic Zone is not liable for any delay on the part of our shipper after the order has been picked up and scanned from our or our suppliers’ storage facility.



Return and Exchange Policy:

All of our products are offered with our supplier brands’ guarantee of quality workmanship.

However, in special cases wherein merchandise need to be replaced or exchanged, the customer must first contact Sports Medic Zone via email at webstore@sportsmediczone.com prior to any action, for proper documentation purposes.

For items to be returned or exchanged, following classifications and conditions apply:

*WRONG ITEM SENT – This refers to erroneous size (strictly in unfitted state for garment or supports) sent, or completely different item sent by vendor. Customer will be qualified for straight item exchange, provided that the said item alongside original packaging is shipped back within three (3) working days. Customer will be reimbursed for the shipping fee for return.

*FACTORY DEFECTIVE ITEM These are items classified as those with existing major quality defect/s prior to first use. This may include significantly uneven knitting, brittle material prior to use, non-adhering tapes, etc. This does not cover damage due to mishandling by courier. Items must be sent back within three (3) working days for investigation by our supplier. Customer will be reimbursed for the shipping fee for return, and once approved, will be entitled to straight item exchange or a full refund. Compensation or non-compensation for all defect-related claims will be dependent on supplier brand's decision.

*WRONG SIZE AFTER FITTING – Sports Medic Zone provides measurement guides and sizing charts in accordance to supplier specifications. In the event that the correct item/size is shipped, but the customer would demand replacement to another size; this type of request must be communicated directly with the store and will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis to prevent abuse, alongside necessary next steps. Sports Medic Zone reserves the right to refuse approval for replacement once items have already been opened and fitted.  

*STRICTLY NO RETURN ITEMS – To maintain hygiene and quality of products, items classified under this section are the following: compression apparel such as tops, bras, tights, shorts, leggings, capris, socks, etc., compression sleeves, athletic supporter, insoles, and compression stockings or pantyhose. Customer must ensure they get their measurement from the official sizing chart supplied by the store’s partner brands.

*FREIGHT DAMAGE – Sports Medic Zone will provide necessary means within its control for customer orders to be well-protected. However, damages due to shipping and handling by the store’s partner couriers cannot be returned. In this instance, a freight damage claim should be filed with the transportation company.

Online purchases for return which are directed to our physical store or warehouse will require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Sports Medic Zone. Any product returned to our office without a RAN clearly indicated with the package will be refused and shipped back to the sender.
